The app “Gravity Swing” (provided by O-Lab LLC) does not require you to register an email address or password. An anonymous account is created automatically when the app starts. What we store on our servers is your user ID, the information shown in the ranking (display name, best score, number of stages cleared, profile image), and, if you link an account, the data used to carry your progress to a new device. If you do not link an account, your game progress and the stages you made or received are stored only on your device.
You can delete everything from your device alone. You do not need to send us a request.
This option also deletes your account on our servers. The app itself stays on your device. The next time you open it, you start from scratch with a new user ID.
Uninstalling the app deletes all data on your device. However, your account on our servers (the anonymous identifier and user ID) remains. To delete everything, use Option 1.
This applies to Option 1 (deleting from within the app). With Option 2, the first two items remain.
If you have linked an account, the progress stored in the cloud is also deleted. Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered.
If you linked with Sign in with Apple on iPhone, you can also stop using your Apple ID with the App from “Settings” → your name → “Sign-In & Security” → “Sign in with Apple”.
If you have already uninstalled the app and want your account on our servers deleted, please email gravity@o-lab.co.jp with the subject “Account deletion request” and the 12-character user ID that was shown in the app. After confirming your identity, we will delete it within 30 days.
